'05 ES330 - To Debadge or not to Debadge... That is the Question?
Yeah, what the title says. I have a pristine, well kept (previously garaged) ES330 that I bought a couple of weeks ago that I'm considering debadging the trunk. I may replace the badging with some black emblems I found online, or leave them off. I'd like some advice on this as I have debadged vehicles before, but they were new vehicles when I did so.

I've been mulling around having another set of badges front and rear painted the same Onyx Black as the car. As for the "it will look like a Camry," comment....

I debadged the hood for a while (almost two years) but put it back. Easy to do with dental floss or fishing line and citrus solvent.
I photoshopped the rear to see what it would look like without the left and right badges, but I think it looks better with them. The Lexus logo on the trunk lid really needs to stay there because it sits on a oval raised portion, so it won't look right without an emblem.
