Welcome to ClubLexus. I, too, own a 1996 ES. There are no companies that sell pre-made clear corners and tails for the 92-96ES. The front corners are a fairly easy DIY mod, a lot of people on this board have done them, and then it's possible with some patience to remove the amber from the tails. If you use the search and search the ES300 forum for "clear corners" you should find some good how-to's, pictures, and read about any difficulties people have had.

Welcome, hope we can help you with any questions you've got.
I've done both front and rear signals on my 92 (pretty similar to 96), the headlights are pretty easy. The taillights are tougher, they're alot more fragile and a little tougher to get apart. I used the oven method on both. I think it's worth it if you take your time and be careful not to break the lights. IMO, it freshens the look of the car a little; but I do think the clear corners look better on the earlier models without the darkened pieces inside the headlights.
Like squarehat said, a search should yield alot of good info and pictures to help you decide what to do. There are a few pics of the corners in the link in my signature, page 3 I believe.
