Last week when I was driving back from work, they car started to shake a little but everything seemed fine with no check engine lights at all. Next morning it had a blinking check engine light and was shaking quite badly. I took it to the my friend who is a mechanic and he said I have two misfires and should replace the coils. After I replaced them, the symtoms still existed and I went back to him again and found out another coil went out as well. After I replaced all the coils today, the car is finally running smooth again but it won't rev over 5k when I'm driving and will not shift into fourth gear. Does anyone know what 's the problem? Thank you very much for any infomation.

P.S. I have a 99 Es300 with 140k on it
