Default How to siphon gas?

Guys, my 97 ES300 will be going to the scrap yard in a few days.
I have more than +50L (13 gals) of gas still in the tank.
What is the easiest way to extract the gas from the gas tank?

I read that on some newer vehicles, there is something blocking in the filler neck to prevent siphoning. Is this applicable to 97 ES300?

Alternatively, I will have to remove the rear seat and fuel pump to get to the fuel tank.

Let me know if any of you have done this before and how.
Thanks.

The access hatch under the rear seat is by far the easiest way to do it.

Try this;

Last time I did this with a friend on his A4 to change the fuel pump, it got messy and a general PITA [sucking method].

I got around to doing it this afternoon by removing the rear seat and fuel pump.
A little messy and slow due to my crappy my siphon tool.
It was also starting to get cold so I stopped.
I will have to get a bigger hand pump tomorrow.

Use the fuel pump to pump out the tank. Crack open a line, like the cold start injector, slip a hose over it and run it to a bucket or jug. Pop out the rear seat and run a jumper wire directly from the battery to the pump leads to force the pump to turn on. Might be slow but should be the safest and cleanest. I've done it before and it worked well.
