I don't have a relay diagram for a 94 but try unplugging the tccs relay and go for a drive. You will get a cel but it will go away when you shut down and plug it back in. If the shudder goes away you may have a weak lock up clutch in your torque converter.

Okay, before I do this, let me update on something I found. I went and loosened the kickdown cable so the metal sleeve that tightens the cable is about half and half on either side of the bracket and it no longer shudders unless I am pushing it really hard as it shifts into 4th gear. Does that sound like it could be the clutch? Also, forgive me for sounding like a noob, but what is the tccs relay?
