Default heater core valve

More $ thrown at car - new heater core valve, ran it around town and sure enough started puking water to overflow! At start there was a full coolant level...so perhaps fan speed isnt enough or sensor gone bad? I don't see any leaks from system...let it run for 45 minutes prior to getting it up to speed. This only happens when at speed, not at idle. mechanic says he is running out of ideas... can I just take the tstat out?

Did you get a new OEM cap yet? No you shouldn't remove the thermostat?

Why did you spend good money to.change the heater core valve when you were advised not to?

the h/c valve had already been replaced at time of post. I have been driving for months w/out oem cap and have had no issues. this is not a cap problem. this is a sensor or fan/relay issue that needs diagnosis. so if anyone has had these same issues with fan/re;ay a/c switch etc please let me know
