Default 97 ES300 Turn Signals and Hazards stopped working

The turn signals and hazard lights on my 97 ES300 have suddenly stopped working.

I checked the fuses both under the hood and in the driver's side fuse box, and both fuses check out fine.

It think it must be the relay that has gone bad, but I can't figure out where that relay is located.

Can someone tell me where the turn signal relay is on this car? Thanks!

When I was repairing my radio, I noticed that if you don't have the hazard switch plugged in, your blinkers don't work. Check to see if the connection is good. It's the panel that contains the clock.

You have to remove the center vents in order to get to the connector.

The flash relay is located beside your left shin when you are sitting in the driver seat.

the turn signals and the hazards both go through the hazard flasher (relay) that will be the source of the problem
