How to program new remote keyless entry without original?

Hi all ! I have a ES300 2001 I only have the master key ( no buttons) when I purchased the car from the last owners and they did not have any other remote. I would like to get some info if I purchase a key from ebay (http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/400258031...84.m1423.l2649) how would I program the keyless entry remote? Lexus in Oz has quoted $350 for new key remote and $900 to flash the program for new remote?
