What the heck is this part for???
Hey all. I have included pics. Can anyone tell me what this part is for?? And where the hose on the left runs to? It connects to the hydro cooling fan. on the right I know that.. It is leaking out the hoses and so I need to replace them.

it is the filter for your hydraulic fan. the fan is driven by the power steering fluid in the PS system. your fan uses the pressure from the power steering pump to spin.
This part filters the ATF in your PS system.

I dont think I need to change it, what I really want to know, is where the other end of the hose coming off the left side of the filter (passenger side) connects to.. Both hoses are leaking out the ends and I need to replace them. Any thoughts???
