P1153 CEL came on last night

P1153 CEL came on last night
So the previous owner told me that he had the CEL come on when he reached the halfway point in his fuel tank. When I bought the car, the tank was low and there was no CEL.
I recently overhauled the top of the engine (valve cover gaskets and other minor stuff). I filled up my gas tank and recorded about 160 miles of driving before the CEL came on.
My scanner reads P1153
Insufficient Switching Bank 2 Sensor 1 (Front Bank)
A/F Sensor Circuit Response Bank 2 Sensor 1 (Toyota)
It happened when I was driving on the highway at 60mph with the engine already warmed up. Oh and my gas tank is 3/4 full.
I cleared the code and will see if it reappears again. I know I can replace the sensor and hope for the best, but I don't want to throw parts at it without any evidence. What do you guys suggest I do?
