ES 300 power mirrors won't work
My power mirrors won't work on my 2001 ES 300. I checked all fuses. I checked for power to the switch and there is none. It is both mirrors and moving the switch does not help. David

There are two fuses. One in the main fuse box located in the engine compartment, and another fuse box behind the coin holder inside the car. You will need to pop-out the coin holder to access that fuse box.
Did you check the fuses in both locations?

Pull the cover on the fuse block on the right hand side (cover looks like a Tetris piece), there is a location diagram.

I have looked in this engine area but I did not find a label for the mirror fuse. Does it come in conjunction with another electrical part? Everything on the car works fine. Thanks. David

Does your mirror memory function work? In other words, if you move it manually, and than press the pre-set memory button, would it move back to its programmed position?

Thank you, thank you & thank you! After almost two years my mirrors now work. It was the 10a fuse labeled ECM. I never use my seat memory switch so I did not know there was a problem at that point. My AC light would come on but it has been so cold, I did not realize there was a problem. I did notice that whenever I put the climate control on auto that the heat was always directed at the floor but that did not click. I have been told that I had a bad switch and bought a new one to no avail. I was told that I had a bad ground so I took off the panels under the steering wheel and looked and looked. I was at the point of taking it to the dealer. Just to probably be charged for an hours work for a little fuse. I again want to thank you. Now, if you would just quit sending all that cold air down to KY, all would be great. Thanks David
