Hey guys i have a 96 lexus es300 but my car is running terrible. My car when i start it white smoke comes from the exhaust and u could smell gasoline when it is running what could be the cause of this or could it be a bad ecu or coils so what can it be anybody help me out.

took it to the mechanic he told me it was a fuel pressure regulator and he changed the plugs now the car runs beautiful.
