Anyone think this Aamco transmission flush/chamg is a good deal?

Thanks for all the replies and advice. As I listed 08/24/05 (post #11 on this thread) I did the drain & refill and the ride is sweet

Total cost was $ixtyish dollars (3.5 qts Toyota ATF Type T-IV and $30 to my mechanic - it was easier up in the air ) and a smoother & quiter acceleration was noticed instantly. Trans drain/fill and 3-4 weeks ago I did new plugs and a new flex pipe (exhaust w/ cat) it may even increase MPG? I know, nothing too substantial, but at $4 + a gallon it all adds up.

Sorry I missed your original post. I posted a detailed trans fluid change awhile back. It was titled "DIY for Transmission Flush". It is a simple fluid change that uses your transmission pump to clear out the old fluid. It won't break loose any debris or deposits because it pumps at the same pressure of normal vehicle operation. I have done it on my LS, my son's ES, and my friends SC. No problems with any of the vehicles and the procedure is almost identical. Use the search feature if you are interested.
