front end clicking

I have a 92 ES300 w/ 120k. Just going through the normal maintenance but now I am hearing a clicking noise from the front end on both driver/pass. sides. It gets progressive as speed increases. Any ideas what to look for or change/upgrade?

Possible CV joint. Does the clicking get more noticeable as you turn?

I agree with JSM1284, I just had my CV joint replaced.

not so much when i turn, but it's still noticeable.
