EGR and MAF

I have tried searching for what i am looking for and no luck , but I rember reading about how to clean the EGR and MAF . Does anyone have pics on how to do it and where the EGR and MAF are located?

maf is on the black tube going from the air filter to the throttle body.
there are two screws holding it on

Sighs , I am more confused than before.. So too clean it , I remove the 2 screws on the Throttle body ? Where is the EGR , and how do I clean it>
