a small help!

check out da yellow signal on the speedo meter ... i filled da water too for da wipers but still da light isnt goin off ... i checked mayb itz damaged and da water licks ... but everything is ight ... any1 have any idea? ... Thanks in advance

I'd suspect maybe itz da sensor inside da reservoir that's da problem.
