Hello Guys,

Today I was driving to the office and ran my ES over a small bump on the highway. From that time the CD player wont work. Tape/FM and other stuff works except CD Player. I tried ejecting the catridge, removed CDs and placed all back in. Repeated this eject procedure few times but no luck.

The CD changer gets the power. I can eject catridge, hear CDs moving around when I put in the catridge etc,. but I cannot play CDs pressing the "CD" button on the stereo.

Some experts or people who faced similar problem can help me.

I appreciate any help in this regard.

Did you ever find out the resolution? I had a similar problem this morning except that my cd was playing fine and all of a sudden it started to skip them shut off. Now it won't even come on. Let me know if you got this fix and what was the problem, thanks.
