Default 90k miles fluids change

i got a quote from a local tire shop for the 90k service including brake, coolant, transmission for a much cheaper price compared to the dealer. my question is, is it safe or ok to use the brake, coolant, transmission fluids the local tire shop supplies? or is it better to stick with toyota service/fluids? thanks in advance

Unless you have a very trustworthy independent mechanic,

I would try to stay with Toyota dealer supplied fluids and labor, if one is available willing to service your Lexus.

A Toyota dealer would have accountability and the service tools.

^^ Agree with Tammy. Not worth it to cheap out on some Mr. Joe Schmoe tire shop for service. The transmission recommends Toyota Type-T fluid only (no substitutes), so it's in your best interest to look for a Lexus or Toyota dealer for service work.
