Clear corners in the headlights (by removing the amber colored reflectors), and a tail light mod to remove the yellow and red reflectors from the middle can be found in the "do it youself" thread. Both look pretty damn good on my car. (Both are fairly simple mods)

Cool

AFA I have always understood, you can't swap 92-94 tails with a 95-96.
No the 92-94 headlights are better, IMHO. They're clear housings instead of smoked. "To each, his own"

A member here has pics of cleared tails in his '92 (or '94 I can't remember) ES, but that too involves using the oven method to take apart the housing and lens. It is probably more risky since you have more area to dissect the part than the headlight assembly, and there is greater chance you may crack the tailight lens. But it is a unique mod if done successfully

Looks like this... Much cleaner and more simple in my opinion.

I found a link once on how to do the tail lights. Its our site here somwhere - just do a search for "tail light mod" and make sure the ES300 is highlighted so it only looks for our models.

Here's my freshly done clear corners. I still would like to get the silver/clear bulbs so you don't see the orange.
