I've been noticing vibration in accelerator pedal while driving (when the pedal is pressed). Lexus dealer charged me $100 for checking and said it's caused by the tires because they are "aggressive" and didn't check anything else. They are just touring tires, and it doesn't feel like vibration coming from the tires, more like something under the hood.

Recently car started shaking on start up, usually in the morning and after it would sit for a few hours and cool down. When I start it, the RPM needle would go up and down 5 or 6 times, sometimes almost up to 2000 rpm, then car would shake for a few seconds. It doesn't seem to shake when shifted into drive, or while driving (or maybe it's just not that obvious on the move).
Idling is also kind of rough. The overall feeling from the engine is not smooth.
Please suggest a possible reason
