Thanks hoebag.
yeah i recorded a DIY. unfortunately the only way to get it onto my computer is via my camera which is at sony right now being repaired. I will post it the day i get my camera back.
If you wanna try it in the mean time the biggest tip is to be really careful with the corner of the lense when you are prying it from the body of the tailight. and to get all the black silicone out of the light.....then test fit it......then put new silicone in there.
OH! and buy some silver spray paint for the housing that you take the orange part out of....the housing is painted orange to match the lense.....when you remove the lense you have this ****y white area outlined in orange.(you can see it that way in my pics....)
I will redue mine when i have the patience.

Looks good. I think clearing those really cleans up the back of the car.. That's why I did mine over 2 years ago Still love the way it looks every time I look at it!

Nicely done. I like the way they look.
I've seen one clear out of the tail lights where the person used some sort of "riveted" clear plastic in place to take away the straight clear look. No clue whether I'm describing it right but it made the tail lights look like the ones on the newer car and not so "not stock", sorta more OEMish.
Edit: Anyone know where to get that kind of plastic? Hope I'm staying on topic..
