So the awesome loaner lady gave me one today.....
Man, I've never really rode in a hybrid before (besides the gs450h), but i absolutely LOVE the ct200h!!! Like everything about it is awesome! The car has enough pick up you catch you up in traffic, the styling looks great outside, the interior is somewhat sporty like the IS. MAN! Lexus did a great job! When my schooling is done, a CT200h is where it's at! I drove approx. 150 miles + and it hasn't gone below the F line on the fuel gauge. 150miles is about half of my tank in my GS.
There can't be one person in this world who can take a test drive in this vehicle and not love it! How were you owner's first thoughts when you first took a test drive in one?

Test drove it back in March and purchased one on March 20, 2011. So far still loving the car and the mpg's, the handling and the style. I'm currently averaging 42.6 mpg and I know I can get it higher. I currently have 14,200 miles on the CTh.

Cool, glad you like it! 150 miles from a full tank and the needle hasn't gone below the "F"? The car is great on gas, but not THAT good, sounds like something could be wrong with the gauge? The tank gauge from F down to E is about 9 gallons due to the large reserve.

I believe you can go about 100 miles after the fuel light goes on. That's just crazy. What a big reserve.

here's a quick peek at how far I've gotten.
I've averaged out to 30mpg cruising down from Orl to Miami once. So this isn't my BEST work.
lol, that's still a lot better than the 16s and 18's some of us GS owners get. I find it fun to see how far you can get with one tank

I actually purchased mine without ever test-driving one (since I figured it would be slow as hell anyways, but have a super comfy ride since it's a Lexus), but after the dealer suggested that I drive one on the lot (my car was still at the port) it solidified my choice even more. Loved it!!

I actually went to the dealer to drive a IS350awd and the RX350 they didn't have the IS350 so we drove the RX-
IS250awd.
I noticed a brand new CT200h in black on the lot and asked for chits and giggles to drive that too. We had to wait for the CT to get back to the lot two other people took it out for test drives. I drove it for about 10 minutes and thought damn this is pretty nice. I let the wife switch she was also liked it. We left the dealer with no decision and instead of trading in her G35c on either of the other two we decided to keep her G and ****** up the CT200h in the SE package. I honestly read about the SE here while we were deciding.
Asked the dealer to order one they were shocked thinking we were buying a IS350awd F-sport or the RX. I wanted better gas mileage going into the next 5-10 yrs. She wanted AWD for work. I am glad she can now drive my truck to work its awd and she can still romp around town in her G.
Trips we take the CT and I drive it around town. The car is a winner in the segment , period. The more people drive it the more will buy it because the Prius is boring as pancakes every morning.
This car is different. Has amenities too. Love Enform.....

Florida you should see ungodly mpg - no hills , no turns. flat........here in the northeast the roads are curvy, hilly and lots of stop and go........nevermind temp changes are drastic. Once the CT is broken in I'll post my numbers but 40+ should be cake.
I am varying the speed now for proper breakin fast slow, normal mode, sport mode.....etc. No set speeds.....I'll change the oil at 1k over to synthetic. I will probably change it again at 2500 miles too. I'm **** like that on breakin's. After that 5k is ok......depending on how many months.

I believe 0W-20 oil is the recomended oil for the CT and all 0W-20 oil is synthetic. I can't recall if I've seen a 0W-20 conventional oil. There's even a straight 0W synthetic oil.

you won't get optimal MPG ratings if you dont break in your oil. At least from my experience, I didn't get full advantages of my mpg ratings until ~5k miles into the oil
