I took my F into Westiminster A few weeks ago for the 5K, and because I have always run Mobil 1 in my performance cars I purchased and brought in my own oil. The service went smooth and quick, and I was out of there in just over an hour. But when I got home to put away the remainder of the oil, expecting to see 2 of the 12 quarts left, I found 4. I thought WTF don't they know this car holds 10 quarts. I checked the dip stick and found it to be 2 quarts low, so I added the additional oil, and called the service manager who apologized and said he would speak to the tech.
I have never been a big fan of dealers for minor services for the reason, I believe they are more concerned with quantity vs. quality. But for any of you with a F, you may want to check your oil level if you have had it serviced at Westminister. Just a heads up, BTW, I will be heading back for one more try at 10K. We'll see what happens then. Maybe I should ask for Richard this time around, regardless I know I will be checking my oil before I leave.

I understand the positive strokes, it is a very nice waiting room but Lexus must have designed the F to hold 10 quarts of oil for a reason, and if it is OK to run only 8 I'm sure they would have let us know.
BTW, I would imagine you can buy a pretty nice coffee machine for a F's engine.

+1 for lexus of westminster and +2 for Richard. He's extremely helpful, kind, and generous. Charlie on the other hand (I went to him after because Richard was contantly tied up and now I know why), he went by the book and gave me a hard time and run around stating that I didn't have them install the F-sport springs so there's nothing he can do regarding the rear TSB even though I got the springs from them.
Verdict: Richard rocks! He was also able to give me a discount for my upcoming service.
