Jimmy Thach of Longo Lexus service dept

was going to schedule an appointment with Jimmy, found out he's no longer with the dealership. that's too bad, he's been my SA for the last 2 years. anyone knows where he went? any other service advisers at Longo you'd recommend?

no thanks to westminster lexus. i took my car there couple years ago for maintenance, they overfilled my window washer reservoir and caused it to spill everywhere under the hood. i PM to their CL resident member here (forgot his name) and never heard a word from him. besides Longo is only minutes away from my house, have nothing but good experience with them so far.
