I picked up my car from Santa Monica Service earlier and saw this….which of course they denied. The service manager came out, showed me the vehicle inspection form which indicated pre-existing damage to my front lip and called me a liar, accusing me of blaming one of the service guys for this damage. Well yeah, it was one of your effin service guys!

This place definitely takes the award for the worst customer service! Am going to take it up with 800-25-LEXUS and raise a hellstorm. Anyone have similar experiences at Santa Monica Lexus?

I have mixed experiences with them. When we bought our RX350 back in 2008, they were very helpful. Therefore we decided to go back when I was shopping for my IS350 F Sport back in July of 2011. The sales manager told me why should we deal with you when IS350 F Sports are rare. I just left at that point. Very rude and kept pushing to sell an IS-F 08 with 50k mileage for $50K. Probably not going to recommend them to anyone.

That 1800-25-LEXUS is the sure way to go! They'd go from tough to softy after you call that number! If you really think they're at fault go for it! We ain't paying their high priced services for corner auto shop customer services!

purchasing experience was fine, as that was where i bought my 2is.

service experience wasn't all that memorable, since it wasn't anything special.

then again, i live too far to take my lexus there, and there are other dealers closer by that provide a great service experience.

Never had any experience with Lexus of SM, but if your 100% sure it was them and it didn't happen before you got there, fight it! I'd be pretty upset too.

I had a horrible sales experience at lexus of santa monica. In the middle of the talk, I just decided to walk out because they are keep giving me high prices and also treating me disrespectfully.
