Default Barrow someones mcgard oem lug lock key?

*edit* located in Long Beach

Hi, is there anyone out there with a mcgard lug key patent 4.664.000 that I would be able to barrow from? One of my lugs stripped and my lock. I don't want to waste $15-$20 on a lock when I'm replacing all of them..

I would just be coming by and taking off my lugs, not taking it home or anything.

Thanks!!

I think the Mcgard's go by color..each lockset has its own color (If you had the color code it'd help)..
the master set has a "red/blue/brown/yellow/purple/green/ect/ect key..."
You can try impact hammering it out by sliding a socket in and extracting it....

that patent number will not help you - lexusscturbo is correct in that it has its own color / number code that corresponds to each lock - unless you get someone w/ the exact same pattern, you will not be able to take figure it out using the patent number.

From your pictures, it is hard to judge which ones you have. I looked at the key lock set we have and it is one of three but I can't judge from your pictures.

Sorry for the late replies, but i'm located in Long Beach. Where would I find the color code? Only thing I read on the key is the patent number.
