LTS MasterTech
Hi Everyone,
Just wanted to pass on a great find for my fellow Lexus owners in Southern Cali. I own a 2008 IS-F and have been looking for a place other than the dealer to do my routine maintaince. I have nothing against the dealership other than how expensive it is. I came across LTS MasterTech in Pasadena and had a great experience there.
The main tech is Mike Bedrossian, a Lexus Master Tech...factory trained and master certified. He worked at Longo and Valencia Lexus for 15 years before branching out and starting his shop in Pasadena. He was very professional and knowledgable. He is familiar with Lexus, Toyota, and Scion. He uses only Lexus and Toyota OEM parts, but will also recommend aftermarket parts if he believes they are also just as good as OEM. He also has the factory diagnositic tools at his disposal to be able to run proper diagnositics. His shop was nice and clean and very conveniently located close to the 210 Freeway. Also his prices were VERY reasonable.
Also, for those who want a knowledgable shop to add headers, exhaust, etc...he said that he does these as well. He also does alignments as well there.
Anyway, just thought I'd pass on the great experience I had there. His contact info is below:

Bryan, one man show, he's good at toyota/lexus maintenance BUT forget it if you going to have ur own parts, he will NOT like it. One of the reason I've stopped went to his shop.
other than that, he will taking care of ur car maintenance, not aftermarket installation though.

Came to the shop to get new tires (I provided the tires) mounted, balanced and aligned. All went well. Mike put in a new key battery after he came back from the second test drive, under sport mode, which I told him to.
Great bunch of guys!
PS.
My Nav didn't have their address, for some reasons.
