Went out yesterday just after 1:30...while wet, it was a breeze to get around. Today...ugh. The usual 20 minute drive was done in a shade under 40 minutes. No collisions, just slow going due to heavy rain. (Happy to see peeps driving carefully.) Drove slowly through about a 6" deep pooled section of water, watching the steam come off the exhaust pipe...hilarious.

The snow covered mountains will be pretty once the weather clears.

it was bad everywhere yesterday around 4, but we drove all the way from fullerton to west LA in less than an hour around 6. that was miracle

of course, the other direction was not so pretty...

My commute yesterday was awesome Left the office at 3:30, drove a consistent 50 on the 22 and 57 and was in the house by 4:15.

the 405 for the next 3 years is undergoing a major transformation... it is supposed to be absolutely ridiculous to attempt to drive on it at times and they may even shut it down all together for short periods of time.. they are widening the freeway.. I believe adding another carpool lane
