Unhappy Fighting a parking violation ticket.

yesterday my rear link/toe control and LCA went out. So i had to get it towed. i asked the Triple A guy if he can put it in my driveway because we can't roll the car. He said it was "company policy" that they cant put it on my driveway or garage. so instead of resting the broken rear end of the car on the ground i decided to put it on jackstands.
so when i get home today i found a ticket on my windshield for a parking violation. missing the RR wheel, and repairing vehicle on street up on jack stands.
Is there any way to fight this? bcs i need to use the money i have for parts to repair the car. and i do not have $200 laying around.
thanks for all your help.

Ask for a court date. That will give you up to 45 days to save for the money without any penalties. When you go to court be sure and take time stamped pictures showing the problem and the tow truck receipt of service. Ask AAA to pay the ticket since they were UNABLE to help you with your specific request. Submit a claim. Did you ask to see the company policy when the tow guy said this?

thank u guys so much. it really helps me in my situation right now. i will ask for a court date and inform AAA that the person towing the truck did not want to put it on my driveway. 3 people have already informed me that AAA will put it in your drive way.

Iam from Palmdale. and do i write to AAA or to the courts MyblackSC?

When AAA flatbedded my dad's car, he and our neighbor helped us push our cars up an incline into our garage.

im thinking if we can get someone to hold the broken wheel in place and stop it from going toe in or going negative camber status so we can get it onto my driveway. i gotta handle it tomorrow so hopefully i wont get another parking violation or get impounded (which is unlikely bcs there are 9 cars parked on the side of the street, which was part of my citation.)

just go get a wheel jack and your problem is fixed and push it up or use a floor jack to hold up the side with the tire and push it up or jack up the whole rear end.....
