i've been to bolton's to repair a polished lip rash. i wish i had taken a before and after pic cuz i couldn't find where it was fixed. think i paid 25 bucks or so. only downside is that you gotta take the tire off the rim first then bring it in. took them about 2 hours to fix. for 25 bucks... i'd go back again.

Default Wheel Repair

I just picked up a great deal from CList two days ago. The ad was listed at 9 pm and I was at the seller's home by 10 pm. I was a 40 miles drive but worth it. I picked up a set of 19 fron the Infiniti G35. I got them for $450 with tires. I have seen them run around $1,200 a set. There were few curb rashes. Two tires were in good shape. I took my rims to performance wheel repair in walnut and I also want them to chrome my wheels too. Hopefully some pictures next week.

Looks good.
So, how much did you end up spending?

Curb rashes repair and chrome costed me $440. So I spent about $900 for them. However, they look brand new and I really like the wheel design also. I believe these 19" rims for the G35 were made by Ray's.

Of course not but dont want to get into trouble with the management team. This is not my biz. I just use them and great work. Go to www.yellowpages.com and type in Walnut, CA as LOCATION and type in Wheel Repair under FIND. It should be the first from the list. Good luck.

Default Wheel Repair in Orange County for Junction Produce Scara's

Hello everyone!

I picked up a set of Junction Produce Scara's and it is need of repair. The wheels have some damage from oxidation. I'm looking for a good reputable shop in Orange County or maybe LA County to fix these wheels. I have done my research, but I have not found anything solid.

1. Mag Masters - I have went here before and they did a good job re-polishing my C2's, but I have heard mix reviews from other's now

2. RBmotoring - I hear they send out their wheels to another company

3. Wheel-repairs.com, Santa Ana - Mix of good and bad reviews

4. Bolton's - I hear they are cheap and gets the job done, but I also heard
"you get what you pay for."

5. The Wheel Supply????

6. Customer Wheel Service, Anahiem??????

So far nothing really solid.

Which shop would you go to from the list above and are there any other shops that I should take a look at?

Thanks all!
