just got my rim repaired at bolton's. they fixed a 2 inch long curb rash on the polished lip and they did a pretty good job... i couldn't tell where it was repaired. took em about 2-3 hours and costs me $25. i'm very happy with the results.

Angry Good wheel repair shop around 626?

Anyone know any highly reputable repair shop around 626? Pictures and information about the type of damage is located here
https://www.clublexus.com/forums/sho...d.php?t=310423

Longo Lexus' mechanic did the damage. Seems like he dropped an impact wrench on my wheels.

Any advice to handle the situation with the dealership will be appreciated.

I've called DCR Wheels (the maker of the wheels), located in Anaheim. They quoted $300 and 3 weeks to repair that. Probably needs to be re-chromed?

Custom Wheel Service
3158 E La Palma Ave
Anaheim, CA 92806
(714) 632-6700

Talk to Paul, he's a family friend and has been in the wheel business forever. He has the best contacts for repair. He's fixed many wheels for friends that other shops said were unrepairable.

Is it possible for a shop to turn a Black faced rim into like a Brilliant Silver like this color

I found a great price on black ones but I had my heart on the Brilliant Silver. Would it just be a simple "powder-coat"?

Bingo, I wouldn't take my wheels anywhere else. I've also been to Bolton's and they're cheaper yes, but you get what you pay for
