Free muffins
Free coffee/tea/hot chocolate

Bredemann has a breakfast buffet. LOL!!!
Great way to get the customer to over look the 5-10% higher prices on everything there.
McGrath Westmont has a nice showroom lounge area. I'm still bitter about that service writer trying to hose me down so F' their showroom. I'll go back to Westmont when I need to drop a deuce. Their bathrooms are nice.
Their Chicago store is nice too. I'd go there before I'd go back to Westmont.
Arlington is nice, not too much in the lavish look at all the muffins'n'shat. The people are straight up. Car prices are high, but you can work them down and feel like you're driving the beef buss on the deal... instead of the other way around.
Woodfield is straight up cool. There's a MTT jet powered crotch rocket sitting in the Service Dept.
Not sure how it got there... but its there.
Their prices are decent. They aren't going to give things away, but you aren't going to loose your shirt neither. They got muffins and coffee, computers, lounge area. But I'm never in there. They always give me a car.
Next time I'm going to ask for the Jet bike!
The other dealers that impress the hell out of me are in other states.

I recently went in to Lexus of Orland Park and was surpried to see their snack area is now called Lexus Cafe.
Coffee, water and cookies are still free, but all packages of snacks, fruits etc. are now sold. Each item has a price card in front of it.
I wondered if it is a sign of the times or just that dealership.

Hey Ed with Woodfield Lexus,
I would have to agree with you, I think Woodfield Lexus is the best dealership in the Chicagoland area as well!
You all should check out the "Owner Welcome Events" we have, great relationship builder. Ive been in this business for a long time and building personal relationships with customers is the best part about my job and why I love doing what I do.
We have a great breakfast on Saturdays you should stop by. Just a warning Saturdays can get a little crazy.
Sorry about the broken computer not sure about that one but it's fixed now.

Hey Ed with Woodfield Lexus,
We used to have a masseuse here 5 days out of the week. We couldn't get customers to leave the dealership!
