Drunk man run over by train awarded $2.3 million
Ok, nothing to do with Lexus, but I saw this story on CNN.com and thought I'd share the highlights. Who would've thought being a drunken dumb *** could be so lucrative?

glad that the guy is still alive..but didnt like the fact that the drunk guy had to sue..i think its BS and i'd say its the dude's fault..unless the train guy intentionally ran his leg over..
if i was the train guy and saw the guy, i woulda stopped immediately

Negligent train operator possibly. But there'd have to be evidence that the train indeed had enough room to make a stop, which means the guy must've fallen over for a while at least.

This is BS. I did see a drunk man get killed by a train right in front of me. I was at a light with buddies many years ago in high school. We were coming back from the Southside Irish Parade and this guy walked right in front of a high speed train. He basically exploded right before my eyes. I watched it in slow motion, no time to react. Moral is, don't get drunk and walk in front of trains.

this just reminded me of this crazy video I saw a while back. apparently this kid and his friends thought it was funny to ride around in their car and knock younger kids of their bikes by hitting them with the open car door as they drove past...apprarently Karma had seen enough and decided to enter http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ky3v2v7wvt0
