Put up a WTB ad in the classified section. I am sure you can find a full set for $500. It might be hard to get a single wheel. Try Sewell.

My front tires looked a bit low on air so I stopped by at Discount Tire, they probably had about 20 cars in the lot in need of a new tire/rim from the potholes.
