For all of the Lexus guys that are coming to our event on Sunday the 24th.....

We have a assigned area for your cars located directly in front and to the east of our BMW show room. This area will hold 20 + cars. There is no check in and no fees involved. You are welcome to hang out and enjoy the show .

Any other questions can be answered when you arrive.

Hey sorry guys...I totally ignored this thread b/c I planned a fishing trip for the weekend. Turns out that salmon fishing on LM is pretty sad this year b/c of the warmer temps. Anyways I'll be attending....someone give me the low-down...

The facts:

We are a Toyota / Scion dealer.

We do not get any support from Lexus USA.

The past years we have had less than ten Lexus models show up.

This years event is NCCA judged and does cost us per car.

The $20 entry fee covers only the shirt , food , propane , condiments, and paper products.

Another 500.00 for judging / trophies and misc is not cost effective for less than ten cars that do show up.


We are NOT turning you and your cars away from this event.


We are expecting over 200 cars this year.


We wanted to make sure we had enough room to group the cars by models in each area.

The solution is to provide you with your own specific area , which is at the front of both lots on the BMW side of our main driveway.

No whining , no BS , either you chose to show up or not.

There is no cost for you to be here , you can come down , park your car in a specific area, enjoy and have fun .

Well whoever goes, represent Lexus well so you can pull more weight next year. Have to remember it's still a business at the end of the day. May be there but it's up for grabs still

I just streetviewed on google map, and Toyota and BMW are right next to each other. It's a whole lot better than parking ACROSS the street when we bring little value to the show as potential customers or have any marketable relevance to the Toyota brand.

Anyways, I'm in and I'm excited to see all the Sups.

Kurt, if you are still around here, can i still buy the T-shirt when i'm not entering the contest?

edit: oh, and can i still sell stuff at the tables you are going to have?

Yes, If you like the shirts they are 10 bucks. You can buy raffle tickets[1.00], eat our food[also 1.00], and have one or all six of the models pose by your car for pics.Like I had said come on down . But we will not Judge or give out awards in the Lexus catagory due to low attendance in previous years.

Yes we will have tables set up. You can also have a table in the Lexus area if you like.

guys this is a great show/turn out! I have been and Curt will take good care of everyone! there is no favorites when i have gone!
