Believe it or not, I saw an ad for Wheels America right under your post!
I have no idea who they are or if they are any good, but.. this is what was on their site.

Wheels America is legit....I had work done by them before and it was flawless. Their office in Arlington Heights is a drop-off point but they do repairs there also.
How did that happen??

Yeah I think they do bends at that facility but for other repairs they send it out to their Texas facility.
Oh yeah and ditto what Dar said....remove your centercaps and valve stem caps....they give you a warning when you drop it off.

My wife was driving (I was in the car but had a few beers before so I wasn't driving) and she ran over something. Have no idea what it was but the tire went flat instantly. I bought a used tire and went to Discount Tire to have it mounted and when they showed me the rim I almost dropped. I just got these wheels a month ago. So we called TireRack (that's where I bought the rims) and they gave me 50% off of the new rim. I want to fix this one to have one as a spare. By the way this is what the tire looked like from the inside:
