Hey guys...I'm glad more of you all signed up. I'm still not seeing SickSC3, DirectQL, (the Hispanic guy that brought tacos to the Summer BBQ), and a few others signed up yet.

If any of you all talk to them, make sure they come out.

I'll make a concise Lexus Club list in another day or two. The S2Ki/Lexus Club group looks to be big....I'll just go grocery shopping with a couple of people that are coming early to help setup and have everyone donate $10 or so to cover the grocery costs. Also plan to stay late into the night, so make sure you bring some warm clothes and folding chairs.

I'm not sure if you're familiar with "Halal meat", it's when the animal is blessed before it's butchered. I was wondering if there are any Mid-Eastern meat market in your area? If you don't, that's fine i can bring some from michigan.

There's a huge Muslim population in an area near me. I'm sure I can find a place that sells Halal (and I mean real Halal...not the bless 1000 animals at once and then butcher on a factory line...the right way (in the name of religion) is to bless and butcher only what's to be eaten right away and not processed). Also, I will have two grills (one regular size, the other will be a mini). If we have any pork products to be cooked, we'll do it on the separate grill (or we can do the Halal meat on the separate grill...whatever you prefer).

If I can't find a suitable market nearby, I'll let you know prior to the weekend.

BTW, I don't mind doing a special request such as this. For everyone else, I will also be catering to vegetarians and to a certain extent, vegans (the wife is a vegetarian).
