Fall UBAB (Urmil's Big *** BBQ) Oct. 20th or 27th
We missed out on a Spring UBAB due to being busy with a new addition to our family, but the Fall UBAB will go on!
This is open to all current CL and Chicago Lexus Club members. It's for young and old, drinkers and non-drinkers, the cool and for DirectQL
, meat-eaters and veggies, and you get the idea.
Snce there are a lot of new owners this season, this is one of those pot-luck type of BBQs that we ask all participants to either donate food/drink items or some $$$.
In the past Fall UBAB's have been pretty major meets with 40+ cars showing up (the largest being 90+ cars one year, but I had invited the tuner community as a whole). So come to meet people, come to hang-out, come for car-talk, hell go ahead and bring any parts that you all want to sell and/or trade. I'll see if we can get the unofficial Upper Mid-West S2Ki dent guy to make it out as well.
These normally start at 11 AM. This year we'll start it a little later at 1 PM. We've run until 2AM the next morning and I will most definitely be ok with that this year. I have a fire pit in the back yard, so we'll be able to sit around that to keep warm and if anyone's up for it, roast marshmallows.
I'll post up more details as I get a chance to write more, but in the mean time take a look at some of the past UBAB links, and if you think you can make it, sign up in this thread!!!

So the date is set for Oct. 20th! If you can't make it with your Lex, then come with whatever you can. The S2000 people are signing up in droves...I sure hope the Lexus guys represent.

So I got three of you guys signed up here...and I'll make sure that Chris makes it out as well (he better...he's only like 1/2 mile away from me).
There's about 25 S2000 owners signed up...looks like we'll have at least a decent gathering.

I haven't made it out to Chicago this year, i'm interested but not for sure yet. If you can post an address it would be awesome, so i can reserve a room near by hotel. I might come with my other car depending on weather and my tire situation. -hass

Don't worry about a hotel man. I got ya covered...my roomie will be flying those weekends. As long as you don't mind a 120lb black lab, chilling on the porch watching the river go by, drinking beers...Ya got a place.
