Worst part was the bulk of the time it was there, and their tearing down of the whole dash was for nothing. What they thought was a faulty nav unit turned out to be a bad SD card lol. I went to pick it up and the nav was still all fracked up, I suggested they try and replace the SD card (they had reused the old one in the new head unit) and lo and behold that was it. All of that trauma tearing up a new car for nothing.
Luckily I don't have any rattles.

ahhh...stop picking on him/her.
I can relate to this....Bought my slightly used RX450h from the dealer...did not know it had rear-ended accident and I "Trust" the dealer...noticed the rear bumper misaligned...brought it back and they said it was hit...posted on carfax which I didn't care to look (my fault...and I don't blame the dealer for my own mistake). Dealer was nice enough to have it "fixed" on their cost...took them 3 tries....like 2 months total....couldn't get it back to the original. I also had another RX350 at the same time so I can see the different EVERY freaking day....Got sick of it after 20 months or so....sold it a took about $3000 loss...Oh well...live and learn.
Good luck.
