my Gs 400 right side front passenger wheel is making a loud knocking sound everytime I move the wheel what could this be

Check your lower ball joint for play. It's a common problem, especially if you still have the original design (01-05 GS received redesigned joints). In fact, I would replace them anyways if you haven't done so. Results can be catastraphic if it breaks while you're on the highway.
