Why does your boss despise it? Mechanical issues or ??? What year is his / does he have a lot of miles on it?

2012 27,000 miles. Clunking noise developed from the front suspension, the rear power door does not operate / properly close sometimes are two main reasons. Infiniti service is average at the new facility, he now elects to do it services at Lexus
