Wait is over!
After three longish years of wanting and waiting for a Lexus compact Crossover, from the moment first test mules appeared and rumors began to solidify, the NX has materialized into my possession. Picked up this beauty tonight.
Loaded F-Sport Series 2 with the blessings of HUD and AVS in Canada, along with LKA, RCTA/parking sensors, BSM, DRCC/pre-collision, moonroof, wireless charger, heated steering wheel, etc.
MM: Does your offer still stand... F1 Scratch Out ? I sure will need it on Obsidian!

Congratulations. I see it was delivered in the Lexus Year-End-Event Christmas/Holiday wrap.
Due to modern manufacturing techniques, formal break-in periods are not as important as in the past, but, for the first few hundred miles, it's still a good idea to take it easy on the engine, transmission, and brakes....it will only help in the long run.
Yep, with that paint color, it's probably going to show a lot of things.........but SCRATCH-OUT will help you keep on top of most of the minor ones. I picked up a few more bottles just yesterday.....just PM me with your mailing-address, and I'll have one on its way the next morning.
Here's my NX review, BTW, if you haven't already caught it:....done specially for the holidays

Thank you all again. It's a sweet ride so far in the 30 km I put on LOL and after owning many cars over the years, I know I'm in the honeymoon stage and the real test is in the day-to-day usage after at lease a gas tank or two.
@TangoRed: yeah, sig needs updating. I want a good pic with my IS - hopefully today!
Since I can't keep well enough alone, I will soon start a build thread (nothing too crazy, just some cosmetics). In fact, getting my wheels on today. Here's a glimpse below
haha. actually, no. In Canada, Series 2 is a loaded package so no further options. I even got the "mandatory-for-Obsidian" clear protection film to avoid the front looking the the moon's surface in a year.
Of course, in both the US and Canada, we get short-changed on not having the option to get the pano roof, 360 camera, power folding mirrors, cooled F-Sport seats, and leather F-Sport seats, but really happy about the color HUD and AVS.
