Default Non Traditional Characteristics

What non traditional characteristics do you love about your Lexus that your previous car lacked? I love the fact that I don't have to turn the A/C off if I want faster acceleration from a stand still in my good ole '95 325i.

Are you seriously comparing features of your '13 GS vs '95 325i? It's the same if I would compare my '99 GS features vs. my '13 335i, or my '86 subaru vs. '99 GS. C'mon, let's talk about some unique features that Lexus offers now that no other competitor can offer...

I'm not comparing features, but characteristics, aka little quirks you became accustomed to in your previous car and were pleasantly surprised when your Lexus was different. Another example, I got used to the car smelling like rotten egg if I pushed it past 4.5k rpm lol.

I'm loving the brake "hold" feature on the new ride compared to the GS without it

The smell of the leather when you open the door on my 1992 SC300. I love conditioning the seats with Leatherique, it really brings out the smell and adds moisture back to the leather.

I also love that the door armrests, center console lid, gear shift, and steering wheel are all the same high quality leather that's on the seats. The light tan/brown two tone interior treatment, with the low gloss real wood accents, still looks fresh 22 years later.

Plus I love that they made the floor mats brown, 22 years/75k miles later, they still look nice with no stains or real wear.

O.K, this sounds weird, but I like how every panel such as the glove box, instrument panel covers, cup holder cover, and sunglass holder all open at the same speed. Like they're all in harmony.

It's all about the details...

One quirk I hated on my Lexus..... The damn fuel door was on the wrong side of the car.
