That exhaust sounds pretty good.

That steering wheel.

Hmm we need to get an aftermarket company to fabricate a new steering wheel. Thus far it is essentially the only thing about the S-Class that is poorly received

Funny thing is that the previous S class didnt have a good looking steering wheel either, but every, and I mean every, other car in their current lineup has a great one.

You don't think the S8 gives this car a run for its money (mostly from a value standpoint, given that the S8 is cheaper and provides the same straight line performance)?

The steering wheel looks like ****. If Lexus had a 2 spoke steering wheel everyone would say it looks terrible, fake, like a Lincoln etc etc. Or like how people ***** about wheel gap, no fog lamps an d stacked exhaust pipes.

Incredible car, but that steering wheel is as sporty as a Town Car.

i'm sure mb appreciates your feedback.

i just don't see what the big deal is... i don't think it's terrible looking, and 2 spoke, 3 spoke, 4 spoke all have pros and cons. the 2 spoke gives better visibility, and easier to grab/turn. i'm sure this amg one is well made and sturdy, not like some of the flimsy crap from yesteryear.

not a true thing of beauty but if it had a darker trim i'd be fine with it.

Bleh... This interior is definitely one of the best when it comes to all the fancy materials and the work that went into creating it, but I personally don't care for it at all. There's just too much going on in there, and it just feels cold.
