Not that I don't like 911's, but I never get too excited with anticipation about how a new 911 would look, and I was never wowed when I finally get to see the new design. It has, and probably will forever be like a facelift instead of a redesign whenever a new generation comes out. Nice enough but never stunning.

One sentence to describe Porsche vehicle design: "If it ain't broke, don't fix it."
Anyways, this 991Turbo S looks very neat.
Still, as like with the GT3, the only ones who will be disappointed by this version are those looking for a stick shift manual.
For traditionalists who want a 991, the best that they can go are only the regular versions (up to the Carrera 4S) which have the 7-speed manual stickshift

I dont know, not really feeling it. The recent 911's are getting too long / stretched. If they take away the back seat the car is long enough to be a mid engine car. I saw a 991 at the dealer the other day and it literally felt bigger than my 2IS standing from the outside.
After the 993's, I thought the 911's styling started going down hill... until the 997 came out and I started loving them again. Then I saw the enlarged 991's and lost the feeling that I want a 911 again.

Well it might not do it for you, but model upgrades are definitely MUCH more than a facelift. While they retain many design elements across generations, the details actually change a lot like wheelbase, roof slope, and many other things, which are HUGE engineering changes, nothing like just a facelift.
