Toyota continues to dominate the GCC market
I always like to keep an eye on the GCC market, specially since Toyota seem to always be doing well over there.
GCC - Gulf Corporation Council . Consists of UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman and Saudi Arabia.
Total sales for 2012. ( All of the countries above combined )
,, The market in that region is significantly smaller than the US car market. However, its still nice to see Toyota still does well in that region. It can reach up to 130 degrees or higher in summer and you wouldn't want to end up buying an unreliable car with a poor AC system.

Very true! I also read a while back 70% of 4wd vehicles in Africa are Land Cruisers, sadly i don't have the statistics to back that up, but i know they are very common, specially the Land Cruiser pickup.
