contemplating on an smg e46 m3?
My brother is planning to get rid of his 2005 e46 smg m3. Charcoal grey, immaculate condition, 57xxx miles, stage 2 dinan? With 2 and a half year extended warranty left. He wants 23k for it, which is the pay off. First owner traded it in for an x5, so he is the second owner. All maintenance done. good buy?

I would think all M cars are driven a little hard, its kind of expected, with respect to a cars power and performance level and any add ons, you have to take a reasonable consideration into how it was driven and make a reasonable counter offer, other then that its just a used car
