I got a little history I can share, not sure if anyone cares

It was 1988, I was 12 years old living in Hong Kong, the Galant VR-4 just got released in Japan 2 months ago and the general manager of the main Mitsubishi dealer in Hong Kong shipped a brand new VR-4 over for his own use.

That dude live in my neighborhood, so everyday when I walk by the car (this is Hong Kong, even nice cars parked on private spots are on the street that everyone can see), I drooled hard..........2.0L turbo, 200 hp, 4WD, 4WS, 5-speeds manual.........drooled! 200 hp was A LOT at that time!.....LOL, the 5.0L V8 in the Mustang GT only had 225 hp!

Then the R32 GTR came out the next year with 280 hp, 4WD and 4WS......so I no longer drool on the VR4

Nice work!! Based on the amount of rust, I'm guessing this wasn't a Florida car?? That thing's gonna be like a brand new car by the time you're done with it. Can't wait to see the finished product.
