so prius-defenders, why is the center gauge stack great there but lexus didn't do the same on the CT? i think the interior on this CT is really nice. great job Lexus
looks fine on Prius and less fine one some other cars... it really does depend on application. Toyota seems to be moving from it, as next Yaris will have "normal" location of gauges....
Guys,I just can't get over how small the CT seems to be.I just saw a Matrix and I find that small and checked the length. The Matrix is actually 4" longer than the CT.
lol, i got a rx350 loaner (270hp) for a week and i redlined the car so many times every day, so you can get the idea
With an RX, Henry, you pretty much have to red-line the engine to simply HEAR it.
Lexus doesn't put those starter-cutout features on their cars for nothing. People have been known to try and start Lexus powerplants when they were already running (obviously ignoring the tach).

Like Henry said....really? some people defend the center stack?
Absolutely awful.
I've had my Yaris for a year and a half now, and still every single time I get in it, I'm like, WTF? Who thought this was a good idea???

just a side note, the new 3gen RX has a much more intrusive engine note into the cabin than previous generations.

Hmmm. Not the 350 I reviewed. Its interior was like a tomb, even as RPMs started to climb. It did, however, have a slightly stiffer ride (despite the new higher-profile 60-series tires), courtesy of the new suspension.
