Any idea who's car that is? I noticed that these are Fickr images but with no details. Anyhow, an interesting license plate.
The 959, for its time frame, was arguably one of the greatest Porsches ever built. Some magazines still use it as a classic benchmark.....though, of course, technology today is far superior.

Bleh, I think this was one of Porsche's worst designs. Looks like a pregnant bee or a bloated Revell 1/25 scale model.

This was the car that got me interested in sports cars as a kid. Still looks lovely for its age. Looking at it now, makes me wonder if Honda drew some inspiration from it for the NSX's rear end.

All I know its a Saudi license plate.
Plus will only 337 produced. It shouldn't be that hard to track down the owner.
Plus how many people in Saudi Arabia have money? Just found a link saying back in 1999... there was about 120,000 people in S.A that were worth over a $1 mil.

Dam sexy
Amazing car for its time and I have nothing but fond memories of reading and dreaming about this car in the mid 80s.
Even today that is one proper ride right there thanks so much for sharing!

I remember seeing one on the dealer showroom floor in Highland Park, IL back in the day. I knew then they weren't technically street legalized so I didn't know the whole story of why/how it was there. It was cool as hell to see close up though.
I remember looking under the car and noticing most of it was sealed - probably for aerodynamics or something.
